Good luck even getting an appointment. While they do accept first-come first-serve walk-ins, I don’t have time to wait around until the doctor can see me. I have to keep a job in order to keep my insurance to pay for my dr appointments. To start, I made an appointment on their website and received the automated “confirmation” email with the required patient information form to fill out, but the site wouldn't accept the filled out form. The email also said I’d receive another follow-up email from the Dr’s office prior to my scheduled appointment. When the follow-up email never came I called the office. The person who answered the phone could only refer me to the website to request an appointment. She could not tell me whether I had an appointment on the books, nor could she say anything else outside of “you can go to our website and request an appointment”. At that point I stopped and said “Hello?” She responded back with “hello”. I asked if I was speaking with a human to which she responded “yes”. I asked if she was actually in the office of Dr. Amar, she said “yes”. I asked how it was that she was in the office but had no way to check if I had an appointment on their schedule. She replied “ You can go to our website and request an appointment there”. Frustrated, I repeated that I had done that to begin with and this is where it got me, that I don’t have time to keep running in circles trying to confirm an appointment I’d already made. She then said, “Well, you can always walk in and wait.” And that was it. End of conversation. If this is how the office runs, I can’t imagine how an actual visit with the doctor would be. No thanks.

Dr was very responsive , listened to my concerns with foot discomfort and quickly recommended a course of treatment. Staff was very polite and efficient.

A well-run, very professional office. Staff very pleasant and waiting time is maybe 20 mins. Dr. Amar is quite popular because she is friendly and truly cares about your feet's ailments. Have not heard any complaints from patients. Thank you Dr. Shazia Amar & Staff... you keep me walking!

I am a patient of Dr. Shazia Amar for a few years now. I am not seeing her at the moment but I just want to share my experience. I have had a great experience with Dr. Amar. She is very pleasant and kind. She takes her time in listening very carefully to your concerns. She is extremely knowledgeable and explains issues in detail and answers qu I am very happy with her and would not see anyone else for my foot and ankle issues. Her staff is always very professional and respectful. They work with you and do their best to be very accommodating and are always very pleasant. I love Dr. Shazia Amar and her office staff and highly recommend her.

Dr. Amar and her staff are the nicest people I have ever dealt with. Dr Amar pays attention to all my concerns and my daughters. She listens and gives the best care for our issues. Her staff in the front are always cheerful and professional. They are polite and take care of you the best. Always a pleasure when I have to go into the office.

Great office staff and delightful doctor who is both highly skilled and a lovely and gracious human being.
